Boasting Dual Fryers for a total of 17 gallons of oil capacity and Twin 90,000 BTU Burners, this six basket portable deep fryer is built to handle the demands of large-scale events such as BBQ competitions, outdoor concession stands, and street fairs, letting you fry up large batches of Fish, Hush Puppies and French fries with ease. Uses 2 Propane Tanks with a cook time of 4 - 5 Hours. Propane not included.
